The location was excellent, just steps from Binnenalster and convenient public transport. Suites were spacious, nicely furnished, and quiet. The breakfast offered a good selection with attentive service. Rooms included large bathrooms with rain showers and spa amenities. Staff assistance ranged from very helpful to mixed experiences during the stay.
