The location was very close to Hamburg HBF train station and city center with 24hr reception. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet at night, with air conditioning, TV, desk, and plenty of towels. Breakfast was good with polite and helpful staff. Free underground transport tickets were available by joining the loyalty scheme and luggage storage was secure after checkout.
