The hotel was located within a short walk of Hamburg main station and Berliner Tor. Rooms were clean, modern, and regularly serviced with fresh towels and occasional water bottles. Breakfast featured an excellent buffet, while the lobby offered free water and a basket of apples each morning. Fitness and sauna facilities were available on site. The premises felt spacious and secure despite the surrounding area being less vibrant.
