The hotel was located in the Portuguese quarter, close to many cafes, restaurants, and historic sites. The proximity to train and subway stations made city navigation easy. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were generous in size with quiet areas toward the back. Breakfast offered a good selection catering to vegan and vegetarian preferences.
