Very good, quiet, and clean rooms with more than 40 square meters were provided. The hotel had a simple and effective procedure for late arrivals. Free parking was available, and breakfast offered a good variety suitable for all tastes. Rooms were spacious with comfortable bathrooms and well-furnished amenities. The location was very close to the cruise ship terminal in Hamburg.
