A world-class hotel with an international vibe was experienced, featuring a beautiful historic building and spacious rooms with high ceilings. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, providing thoughtful gestures that distinguished excellent service. The location was unique in Hamburg, directly by the Alster and easily accessible from the airport within 20-25 minutes. The shower facilities offered perfect water pressure despite the old building. The on-site Grill restaurant required advance ... and had recently earned its third Michelin Star in June 2025.
