The location was very convenient, just a short walk from Terminal 1 at Hamburg airport. The shuttle service operated promptly and flexibly, including pickups from nearby locations like LHT Basis or Airbus upon request. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large beds suitable for families. The hotel featured an indoor swimming pool and sauna in the underground area. Friendly staff provided excellent service in both the restaurant and bar areas. Underground parking was available for guests with cars.
