The hotel was located in a quiet area with cosy restaurants and interesting shops, about a 30-minute walk from Hamburg city centre with Mundsburg U Bahn ten minutes away and a bus stop outside. The spa facilities were textile free, fantastic, never overly full, and the gym was spectacular. The rooms were comfortable and quiet with comfy beds while the staff were lovely, kind, friendly, nice, and helpful.
