The hotel was beautifully decorated and located in a quiet area close to many main attractions. Breakfast offered fresh, well-presented food with eggs made to order and good coffee. Rooms included thoughtful amenities such as Occitane toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and various glasses. Staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with reservations and early check-in. The property was easily accessible from public transport and within walking distance of the UNESCO World Heritage site Speicherstadt.
