Rooms included thoughtful amenities such as Occitane toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and various glasses. Staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with reservations and early check-in. The property was easily accessible from public transport and within walking distance of the UNESCO World Heritage site Speicherstadt.
