Very clean with modern equipment and a desk, fridge, and community kitchen were there. The service was friendly and immediate help was given by the owners when needed. A private women's bathroom with a key was available, which eased concerns about shared facilities. The bus stop was almost in front of the door with good connections to Hamburg city, despite the quiet location above a pizza service on the first floor.
