The hotel provided a comfortable and well-equipped stay with daily room cleaning and modern bathrooms featuring chic accessories. The staff was friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout the visit. Breakfast was good but had room for improvement. The location offered convenient access to public transport, including metro and train stations, with several restaurants nearby. A free taxi from the airport and transport tickets for Hamburg were available during the stay.
