The hotel was housed in a stylish old building with estate-sized ceilings. The location was excellent, close to the city center, Alster, and public transport like S-Bahn Dammtor. The staff acted professionally and were friendly, promptly handling ... changes. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with super comfortable beds. Breakfast included homemade jam and egg salad prepared by dedicated staff members.
