The hotel featured an urban-industrial style with well-organized and welcoming service. Rooms were cozy, very quiet, clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location offered good connections to the city by public transport and was within walking distance to UKE. Breakfast consisted of a typical continental German selection.
