Rooms featured comfortable beds and a home-like atmosphere rather than a typical hostel feel. The location provided easy access to the city center and was close to Altona train station, with convenient underground parking available. Cleanliness was consistently noted throughout the property, including ensuite bathrooms. Staff were friendly, professional, and responsive to special requests such as baby beds. Communal spaces included a welcoming bar area and kitchenettes that allowed for cooking during the stay.
