The hotel was new with clean and comfortable family rooms that had a ventilor and an open shower with a little window. The location was great, quiet, close to the center by car, near bus stations and supermarkets, and about 20 minutes from Hamburg city by car. Parking was free and close to the hotel. The check-in worked with a code and key box without reception but a friendly woman handed over the key. The staff was very friendly and personal.
