A newly renovated apartment offered a large, comfortable, and clean space with well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free parking was available both on the street and behind the property. The location was close to Barclays Arena and local shops, providing convenient access for events. Additional touches included complimentary mineral water, coffee supplies, slippers, and an information folder with nearby amenities. Windows opened widely with fly screens installed for ventilation.
