The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Hamburg via S-Bahn in about 20 minutes. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with a small fridge and electric kettle with complimentary tea. The bathroom was spacious and spotless despite a slightly worn showerhead. Breakfast offered an excellent buffet selection, and safe parking was available onsite by reservation. Staff provided helpful service throughout the stay.
